If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock. If you are not happy with this revised date, then you may cancel your order and receive a refund in full.
We will email you to let you know when your order is dispatched (usually within the same or next working day).
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Free standard UK delivery for orders over £50 unless otherwise stated.
Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £5.95 for orders under £50.
Express delivery (1-2 working days) Order before 12pm for next day: £8.95 (just let us know if you need anything urgently, we will do our best to help).
All items will be delivered in a Pop My Way mailing box. However, if you order a single item of clothing or just a few small accessories, your order will be sent in an eco friendly mailing bag.
European Union and Ireland
Mailing Bag (6 items or less) - Tracked/signed for delivery (allow up to 5 working days): £15.00.
Mailing Box (up to 2kg) - Tracked/signed for delivery (allow up to 5 working days): £20.00.
Please note that the time for standard shipping to the EU and Ireland is an estimation. We cannot guarantee this timeline due to the new Brexit rules that are beyond our control. We will always do whatever we can to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible and will keep you updated as we receive information. We would also advise you to check for possible charges that your order may incur due to the new Brexit export rules.

Mailing Bag (6 items or less) - Tracked/signed for delivery (please allow 2 weeks for delivery, with further potential delays due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices) : £15.00.
Mailing Box (up to 2kg) - Tracked/signed for delivery (please allow 2 weeks for delivery, with further potential delays due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices): £25.00.
